She is survived by: her children, Steve Cook (Kaye), Tim Cook (Elaine), Cathie Shively (Wayne) and Becky King (David); her sister Shirley Miller; her sister-in-law Nancy Chase; her siblings, Wayne Chase (Olive), Larry Chase and Lois Colwill (Harry); and her brother-in-law Harold Miller.
