It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Debra Lynn Vine of Sioux Falls, South Dakota, born in Neillsville, Wisconsin, who passed away on March 12, 2022, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father John Urban. She is survived by: her mother Ione Urban (Stevens) of Germantown, WI; her husband David Vine of Sioux Falls; her sons, Daniel Vine of Washington, D. C. and Derek Vine (Kelly) of Sioux Falls; her grandchildren, Penny, Oliver and Owen; and her sister Brenda Dieball (Thomas) of Colgate, WI. She is also survived by numerous extended family members and friends.
Memorials may be directed to the Dakota Trading Post which was a cause that was dear to Debra's heart.
