She was predeceased by: her parents, Ivan Wedergren and Bernice Wedergren (Koehler); her husband Leslie Holst; and her sister Georgia Payne. She is survived by: her sons, Mark Peterson of Glendale, AZ and Cory Peterson of Glendale, AZ; her granddaughter Kelley Maddox (Nick) of Glendale, AZ; and her brothers, Jerry Wedergren (Joanna) and Tom Wedergren (Georgeanna) of San Francisco, CA..
