Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Dawn Lynette Post of Sioux Falls, South Dakota, born in Rapid City, South Dakota, who passed away at the age of 56, on May 11, 2022. She was predeceased by: her parents, Marinus and Grace. She is survived by: her adoptive parent Marinus Hofwegen; her children, Gracia Harmsen (Jon) of Sioux Falls and Spencer Post (Kacyn) of Doon, Iowa; her grandchildren, Ezra Harmsen and Paxtyn Post; and her brother Vern Van Hofwegen of Cleveland, Ohio. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and very dear friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family prefers memorials to help establish a scholarship fund for her grandchildren.
