He was predeceased by: his daughter Quinn; and his father Ronald Pesicka. He is survived by: his wife Katie Heine; his daughters, Kinsley and Avyn; his mother Myra Honomichl (Craig); his brothers, Doug Pesicka (Dawn) and Devin Pesicka (Lori); his siblings-in-law, Eric Heine (Sarah), Tonya Schild (Bruce) and Jen Schelske (Craig); and his pets, Que, Kit and Kinsley.
In Lieu of flowers the family requests that memorials be directed to the family for the Quinn Pesicka Forever Foundation.
