He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruel Howell and Elsie Howell (Russell); his sister Doris Zubak of Tillamook, OR; and his sons, Randall, Terrence and Brian Howell.
He is survived by: his wife Alice; and his children, Linda Howell of Dacono, CO, James Howell, Wendy Hogan (Robert), Daniel Howell (Debra), William Howell and Edward Howell (Karen). He is also survived by 24 grandchildren and 27 great-grandchildren.
