He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Cliff, Ann Buchholz of Avon, Dallas and Elizabeth Newman of Council Bluffs; his uncle Don; and his aunt Christine Pike of Council Bluffs, Iowa..
He is survived by: his parents, Lloyd Buchholz and Joella Buchholz (Newman); his wife Kathleen Sells Buchholz; his children, Anthony (Cathy), Mikayla (Joe Webber Christian) and Wendy; his brother Daniel; his sister-in-law Holly of Milwaukee; and also Mina. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, aunts uncles and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Avera Heart Hospital Foundation in Sioux Falls.
