He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Fodness; his daughter Kathryn Fodness of Shoreview, MN; and his siblings, Karen Bergeson of Dawson, MN, Rebecca Henault of Jeffersonville, IN and Robert Fodness (Ann) of Alamo, TX. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
