He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret Maddox (Lilyquist) and Wilber Maddox; his wife Kathy Maddox; his sister Karen Esau; his brother-in-law Dwight Esau; and his nephew Michael Maddox.
He is survived by: his daughter Susan Harms (Rod) of Chancellor, SD; his granddaughter Jane Harms; and his sister Sue Shire (Larry) of Three Rivers, Michigan..
