He is survived by: his parents, Charles Kress and Karen Kress (Law); his wife Mary Kress; his children, Alexis, Anthony, Ivan and Ethan; his siblings, Charles Kress Jr. and Teresa Holland (Davin); his grandfather Glenn Law; his parents-in-law, Clint Bailey and Wendy Bailey; and his close friend Taylor Blumberg. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
