He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Harms and May Harms (Bjorklund); and his brothers, Ricky and Randy Harms. He is survived by: his wife Diane Ronning; his children, David C. (Sherry) of Linthicum, MD, Jason of Sioux Falls and Jennifer Harms of Sioux Falls; and his siblings, Bonnie Guhlke (Doug) of Sioux Falls, Jack of Sioux Falls and Dennis (Mary) of Oklahoma. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
