He was predeceased by: his parents, Oliver Sagness and Ruby Sagness (Oien); his grandson Seth Sagness; and his brother Larry Sagness. He is survived by: his wife Rose Sagness; his children, David Sagness (Claudia) and Cindy Johnson (Lowell) of Sioux Falls, SD; his granddaughters, Coryn, Natalie Johnson and Zoe Sagness; his great grandchild Kaleb Groos; and his brothers, Roger Sagness of Lennox, SD, Lyle Sagness (Vivian) of Sioux Falls, SD and Richard Sagness (Jane) of Sioux Falls, SD. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
