He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Johnson; his daughter Mya (Kale Dailey) of Pilger, Nebraska; his siblings, Dave Vanderlinde (Char) of Brandon, Denise Haight of Sioux Falls and Dianne Webb (Steve) of Nashville, Tennessee; and his pet Rocky. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
