He is survived by: his children, Denyse Novak (Troy) of Sioux Falls and Jeff Moulton of Sioux Falls; his brothers, Richard Moulton of Pennsylvania and Vern Moulton of Sioux Falls; his half-brother Arnold Moulton of Arizona; his grandchildren, Natasha, Nathan, Kelsey, Tyler, Joni, Austin, Zachery and Christopher; and his great grandchildren, Isaiah, Alex and Trevyn.
