He is survived by: his daughter Debra Lewis of Clearwater, FL.; his grandchildren, Jesse Johnson, Kayla Schumacher (Dusty), Megan Shiver (Mitchell), Gavin Lewis (Jaimie), Andy Lewis (Amanda), Alettie Nagorske (Curt), Mary Lewis, Aliza Tyrrell (Jake), Sarah Lewis, Sam Lewis, Elizabeth Buthe (Collin Hodkinson) and Leo Lewis (Selena Hall); and his great grandchildren, Kyle Schumacher, Jude Shiver, James Shiver, Emma Johnson, Reese Tyrrell, Tatum Nagorske, Liam Lewis, Rhodes Tyrrell, Hank Hodkinson and Stevie Lewis.
