He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Phen and Helen Phen (Troutman). He is survived by: his daughters, Tierney, Delaney and Cassidy Phen; his grandchildren, Carlie, Audrie and Emmett; and his siblings, Karen Hoffman, Terry Bishop (Phyllis), James Phen (Rebecca) and Kee Kee. He is also survived by his feline companion. And few very close friends.
