He is survived by: his wife Mary Isham; his daughter Amy; his pet Hawaiian; his siblings, Mark (Becky) and Lani Philips (Dick); his brother-in-law Steve Meillier; and his nieces, Jane Fross and Elizabeth Ekeland.
