He is survived by: his former spouse Jen Blackmer; his mother Diane Jepperson; his girlfriend Lori Kent; and his aunts and uncles, David Jepperson (Karen), Scott Jepperson (Carol Kroft), Steven Jepperson, Melissa Jepperson-McKay (Scot), Bob Jacobsen, David Jacobsen, Ron Jacobsen (Deb), Cathy Zimmer (Jim), Cindy Benson (Steve) and Pam Jacobsen. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
