He is survived by: his child William; his wife Mary; his children, Cornelius III (Elisabeth) of Charlotte, NC, Sean (Andrea), Sioux Falls, Maria and Los Angeles; his brother Barry (Sherrita); his siblings-in-law, Jon Hennessy (Pat), Jay Hennessy (Jacquie), Jeff Hennessy, Joel Hennessy (Jodi) and Julie Hennessy; his parent-in-law Thomas Hennessy; and also Cynthia Hennessy. He is also survived by 17 nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests a memorial to either the Crossings Center, in Lewiston, MN or the Special Forces Warrior Foundation.
