He is survived by: his friend Sonny; his wife Yvonne Perkins; his children, Deb Cleveland (Terry) of Oldham, S. D., Thomas (Annemarie) of Windermere, FL and William (Joy) of Sioux Falls, S. D.; and his siblings, Bob Perkins, Arthur Perkins, Timmy Perkins and Beverly Grigs. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
