It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Clark Lynn Quiring (Sioux Falls, South Dakota), born in Mountain Lake, Minnesota, who passed away on December 10, 2019, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Donald Quiring and Louise Quiring; his close friend Sarah Payne; his wife Sarah; his daughters, Heidi Anderson (Bryan) of Rochester, MN and Heather Smart (Jarrod); his grandchildren, Nathan, Nolan, Luke and Evelyn; and his brothers, Randy Quiring (Paulette) of Prior Lake, MN, Todd Quiring (Kathi) and Dana Quiring. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial for Clark has been established to support Law Enforcement.
