With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Cindy S. Horn of Sioux Falls, South Dakota, who passed away on September 11, 2023 at the age of 64. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her siblings, Randy Horn (Eileen) and Vicki Nelson (Rodger); and her niece Chelsie Nelson.
