He was predeceased by: his former wife Elizabeth Hargens (Betty); his daughter Kathy Ballard; and his granddaughter Theresa Hargens. He is survived by: his former wife Elizabeth J Dardis; his wife Alberta J Adamson; his children, John Hargens (Joan) of Minneapolis, MN, Christine Andresen (Larry) of Bellingham, WA, Mary Torretta (Douglas) of Sarasota, FL, Jim Hargens (Colleen) of Sioux Falls, SD and Steven Hargens of Minneapolis, MN; and his stepchildren, Dale Adamson (Beth) of Sioux Falls, SD, Karen Jarvis (Bud) of Louisville, KY, Tanya Adamson (Al) and Roberta Bruget (Jim) of Brandon, SD. He is also survived by 31 Grandchildren; and 39 great grandchildren.
The family will not be present during this time due to Covid.
