She was predeceased by: her parents, Emma Kirby (Hemauer) and Tom Kirby Sr.; her children, Jeff (Dana), Michael (Karl Baker) and Jeannie (Shon Boone); her former husband Marv Randall; her siblings, Margaret McDonnell, Mary Rohn and Tom Kirby Jr.; her daughter Katie Dow Sioux (Tim); and her grandchildren, Grace Randall, Emma Chapman (Stephen), Tony, Sam Weisensee, Maggie, Anna, Ellen and Laura Dow.
She is survived by: her husband Marvin L. Randall.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Whiffer's name to Christ the King (parish and school).
