She was predeceased by: her parents, William Clyde and Eleanor Louise Lewis (Castle); her sisters, Ernestine McFarland of Sioux Falls, SD and Mary Herren (Doug); her husband Roger Kuyper; her children, Pamela Kuyper and Daniel Kuyper; her parents-in-law, Leslie and Sarah Kuyper; her siblings, Michael Lewis, Janet (Myron Truex) and Connie (Verlyn Anderson); and her siblings-in-law, Ken McFarland Sr. and Earlene Lewis.
She is survived by: her children, Pam, Kimberly Westendorf, Suzanne Van Regenmorter (Bob) and David Kuyper (Balinda Zwak); her grandchildren, Brent Van Regenmorter (Jamie), Ben Van Regenmorter (Telsi), Katie Schmid (Brandon), Brad Van Regenmorter, Kira Winkels (Ben), Kris Yttreness (Jason), Brian Kuyper, Austin Nelson, Connor Zwak and Chase Zwak; her great grandchildren, Makayla, Kaeden, Blake, Lila, Riley, Alivia, Harper, Reegan and Jada; her brothers, Bill Lewis and Don Lewis (Nancy); and also Cheryl Nelson. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, along with a host of other relatives and friends.
