She was predeceased by: her parents, Julius Rath and Magdeline Rath; her siblings, Marlys Stirling, Jerome Rath and John Rath; her nephew Tom Stirling; and her niece Deb Rath.
She is survived by: her wife Robina Rath of Sioux Falls, SD; her daughter Taylor Rath of Mountain Iron, MN; her sister Joyce Quinn (Dan) of Sioux Falls, SD; her brother-in-law Jim Stirling of Mitchell, SD; her nieces and nephews, Lori Larson (Rodney) of Sioux Falls, SD, Greta Lillick (John) of Suprise, AZ, Dan Stirling of Sioux Falls, SD, Dennis Stirling of Parkston, SD, Mike Loes of Sioux Falls, SD, Aaron Rath (Toni) of Berthoud, CO, Steve Rath (Lori) of Mitchell, SD and Todd Rath of Mitchell, SD; and also Tonya of Mountain Iron, MN.
In lieu of flowers, the family request that donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association in Carol's name.
