He is survived by: his daughter Katie; his wife Lynette Kortlever; his children, Marie Kortlever of Sioux Falls, Kathryn Deelstra (Bob) of Hartford and Jared Kortlever (Shanna) of Sioux Falls; his grandchildren, Alexandria Deelstra, Larissa Kortlever, Abigail Deelstra, Otto Kutz and Jacob Deelstra; and his siblings, David Gundrum (Kathleen) and Carol Gundrum Townsend (Lar).
