It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Briella Grace Welch of Sioux Falls, South Dakota, born in Buffalo, Minnesota, who passed away on February 6, 2023, at the age of 12, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her parents, James Welch and Jodi Welch; her siblings, Cody, Jaden and Dawson; and her grandparents, Stuart, Betty Fleming, Ray and Sandy Welch. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins; and many, many friends.
