It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Brian Ivar Farmen of Sioux Falls, South Dakota, born in Waukegan, Illinois, who passed away on September 24, 2024, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick "Fred" Farmen and Vicki Farmen (Lucas); his brother Randy Farmen; and his stepdaughter Carly Johnson. He is survived by: his former wife Loretta "Lolly" Tollefson; his daughter Dawn Michels (Nick) of Fargo, ND; his stepson Garrett Walter (Amanda) of Kearney, NE; his grandchildren, Sadie and Coen Michels; and his sister Linda Ash of Nixa, MO.
