He was predeceased by: his mother Sandra Clegg Frank. He is survived by: his father John L. Frank Sr.; his sister Jessica Clark Adams; his former wife Tori Bakker; and his daughters, Amber Lynn and Isabella Katarina. He is also survived by his extended family and numerous friends.
