He is survived by: his wife Lisa Melmer of Geddes, SD; his son Samuel Millar (Madeline); his grandchildren, Emmalyn and Wesley of Mitchell, SD; his child Lauren Welbig (Alex); his grandchildren, Miles and Griffin of Lennox, SD; his children, Spencer Millar (Kelli) of Sioux Falls, SD, Delaney (Ricky Knecht) of Sioux Falls, SD and Kally Millar of Geddes, SD; and his mother-in-law Beverly Melmer of Platte, SD. He is also survived by 6 brothers, 4 sisters, many nieces and nephews.
