We are sad to announce that on October 29, 2021, at the age of 86, Barry Pitt-Hart of Sioux Falls, South Dakota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Eric Pitt-Hart and Ida Pitt-Hart; and his granddaughters, Olivia Bartling and Madison Damme. He is survived by: his wife Mary Jones; and his children, Sian (Peter), Karen (Don), Young (Hannah) of Placitas, NM, Gale (Emily) of Frisco, TX, Victoria Pitt-Hart Damme (Hilarie) of Talmage, NE, Angela Pitt-Hart (Dylan) of Casper, WY and Gareth Pitt-Hart (Kerry) of St. Louis, MO. He is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren and special friends.
Throughout his career he served on the medical boards of many area hospitals, as well as the local boards of the American Cancer Society, Lutheran Social Services, and the American Red Cross.
