He was predeceased by: his grandfather George Cady; and his uncle Gary Hefner. He is survived by: his parents, Chad Hefner of Sioux Falls, SD and Trish Cady (David Cain); his siblings, Micheal Hefner and Jamie Hefner of Mason City, IA; his grandparents, Ron, Karen Hefner and Jannette Cady; and his great-grandparent Kenneth Beesley. He is also survived by several other nieces, nephews, friends and extended relatives.
