August R. Borchardt Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of August R. Borchardt of Sioux Falls, South Dakota, who passed away on July 29, 2020, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Walter and Frieda Borchardt (Geske); his sisters, Anna Block and Agnes Larson; his brother-in-law Richard Larson; his nephew Bruce Larson; and his siblings-in-law, Delbert and Marlys Neugebauer.

He is survived by: his wife Frances Luebke (Fran); his daughters, Carla, Lois and Sara Bartling (Christopher) of Shakopee, MN; his granddaughters, Alyssa Bartling and Erin Bartling; and his sister Adele Borchardt of Litchfield, MN. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
