It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Arlyne Telmer Ellefson of Sioux Falls, South Dakota, who passed away on November 14, 2023, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Telmer Ellefson and Edna Ellefson (Carlson); his wife Marlys; his stepson Kim Ellefson; his daughters, Gena and Melissa Ellefson; and his siblings, Marcine, Elaine, Linda and Earl.
He is survived by: his children, Susan of Sioux Falls, Kelli of Sioux Falls and Thad Ellefson of Sioux Falls; his sister Mary Lou Sherel; and his grandchildren, Jessica, Tanner, Taylor, Brandi and Max. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
