She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur H. Butenschoen and Effie Butenschoen (Fincher); her husband James "Jim" Edman; and her son Jay Edman. She is survived by: her sons, Joel Edman (Vicki) of Bruce, SD and Michael Edman (Sue Murra); her grandchildren, Ashley Cass, Brody Edman (Tiffany), Jade Haugen (Cory), Brayden Edman and Landon Edman; her siblings, Arthur Ray Butenschoen (Barbara) and Susan Edwardson; and her close friend Ron Sehr of Inwood, IA. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
