It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ardice Powell (Sioux Falls, South Dakota), born in Lemberg, Saskatchewan, who passed away on May 30, 2019, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Ralph Powell of Sioux Falls, SD; her parents, Frank Ziolkowski and Martha Ziolkowski; and her siblings, Reuben Ziolkowski, Viola Breitkreuz and Lillian Grabke.
She is survived by: her stepdaughters, Ruth Dahmen and Beth Fladmark (Toby) of Sioux Falls; her grandchildren, Sarah Mark (Jeremy), Rebecca Ponnezhan (Nimal), Lars Fladmark (Liz) of Sioux Falls and Anna Fladmark (Jason Byrd) of Monticello, UT; her great grandchildren, Ava Anderson, Alex Ponnezhan, Gabe and Lydia Fladmark of Sioux Falls; and her siblings, Erwin Ziolkowski (Margaret) of Regina, Verna Peter, Artrude Doell and Gerry Smailes (Don) of Edmonton, AB..
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Trinity Baptist Church.
