He was predeceased by: his parents, George Suess and Magdalina Suess (Hines); his daughters, Sandy Fredricks and Connie Hagerman; his wife DeLoise Suess; and his siblings, Hugo, Art, Rueben, Emil, Alvin, Harold, Loren, Eddie, Martha, Clara and Ella.
He is survived by: his children, JoSee Carlin (Steve) of Oacoma, SD, Reggie Suess (Brenda) of Sioux Falls, SD and Stacey Klinnert (Terry) of Baltic, SD; and his sister Elda Junke of Columbus, NE.
