She was predeceased by: her parents, Sivert Knudson and Emma Knudson; her former spouse Dale Manternach; her siblings, Inez Knudson and Kenneth Knudson; her husband Arnold Hedin (Dale Manternach) of Lake Lillian, MN.; her siblings-in-law, Bea Knudson, Donald Hedin and John Williamson; her daughter-in-law Beth Hedin; her grandchildren-in-law, Donavon Lee and Duane; and her stepson-in-law Greg Larson.
She is survived by: her children, Paul Hedin, Joyce Schmidt (Tim), John Hedin and Mary Ann Sherman (Steve); her sisters-in-law, Margaret Hedin and Dorothy Knudson; her stepchildren, Ingrid Larson, Dallas Manternach (Karen), Clair Manternach and Mary Beckers (Brian); and her daughter-in-law Jeanette Manternach. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In these unprecedented times with Covid-19 being a concern, to protect our more vulnerable family members and friends, a private funeral will be held at Abiding Savior Free Lutheran Church in Sioux Falls, SD on June 20th at 10:00AM.
