He is survived by: his children, Jon Otto of Sioux Falls, SD, Kent Otto of Rapid City, SD and Krisen Lee Printy of Keokuk, Iowa; his former wife Marianne Otto of Sioux Falls, SD; and his close friend Helen Risse of Sioux Falls, SD.. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren.
