He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Lehman and Margaret Lehman (Buckley); his daughters, Stephanie Light (Jerald) and Gina Pitre; and his siblings, Mable, June, Delores, Theodore and Joseph "Bill" Lehman.

He is survived by: his wife Donna Grable; his son Mitchell Lehman (Stephanie Ingram) of Garretson, SD; his sisters, Ruth Speth of Madison, WI and Joan Pederson of Hudson, SD; his grandchildren, Cody Lehman (Samantha Downs), Morgan Lehman, Jeri Light (Kyle Kadinger) and Keith Light; and his great grandchildren, Harrison, Harper, Harlow, Liam, Kiana, Kya, Deshawn, Dehvion, Divonte and Draxton.
