He was predeceased by: his sister Catherine Lasich (Jeanne); and his father Clarence Cook. He is survived by: his children, Matthew, Andrew, Alison, Jade and Dalton; his mother Dorothy Ellis; and his siblings, Roger Cook, De'Lona Kuminecz, Paul Cook, Yvonne Boll, David Vrooman and Frank Vrooman Jr. (Bill). He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews; and all the friends.
