He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Martin and Myrna Eben. He is survived by: his parents, Verlyn Eben and Myra Eben (Klarenbeek); his wife Nicole Hoffman; his son Payton; his sister Andrea Eben; and his grandparents, Marinus and Mildred Klarenbeek. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
