He is survived by: his wife Karen Johnson; his daughter Ruth Ann Simpson (Nathan); his stepchildren, Ranee Fairbanks (Todd), Robin Lieberg (Mark) and Bob Johnson; his siblings, Curtis Halvorson (LaVonne), David Halvorson (Lois), Kenneth Halvorson (Linda) and Doris Autio (Darrell); his brothers-in-law, Jim Collier and Gordan Stoddard (Vernie); his grandchildren, David Simpson, Sean DeWitt, Haley Johnson, Jordan Marschke and Sydney Johnson; and his great grandchild Willow Olivia DeWitt. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
