She was predeceased by: her parents, John Schmidt and Hilda Schmidt; her husband Murlyn Ronald Bickel; and her siblings, Earl Henry Schmidt and Carol Pauline Kaiser.
She is survived by: her children, Christine Brandner (Mitch) of Sioux Falls, SD and Thomas Bickel (Kimberly) of Peoria, AZ.; her siblings, John Schmidt (Delores), Jean "Susie" Jones (Wallace), Marilyn Schutz (Terence) and Kathy Clayton (Bill); and her grandchildren, Greg, Parker, Chase Brandner, Sara and Molly Bickel.
