With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Martin Thomas Kubal in Scotland, South Dakota, who passed away on February 18, 2021 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin E. Kubal and Frances Kubal (Pesicka); his parents-in-law, Julius and Helena Heckenliable; and his siblings, George Kubal (Adeline), Frances Kotalik (William), Agnes Krcil (Joseph), Margaret Mazourek, Patricia Cacek (Tony) and Marie Kubal.

He is survived by: his wife Corrine; his children, Deborah Kubal of Sheldon, Kathy Kubal-Hanney (Phil) of Buffalo, MN, Fred Kubal (Virginia) of Scotland, SD, Robert Kubal (Vicki) of Brookings, SD and Daniel Kubal (Laurie) of Newton, IA; his grandchildren, Jeremy Kubal, Amy Kubal, Corey Kubal (Heather), Stacy (Scott Robertson), Travis Kubal, Rebecca (Jeromy Long), Keli (Matt Fischer) and Ian Hanney; and his siblings, Marcy (John Kudrna) and Bernard Kubal. He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren.
