It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lowell Winckler (Scotland, South Dakota), who passed away on November 22, 2020, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Winckler and Martha Winckler (Wiederrich); and his son Stephen. He is survived by: his wife Rosemarie Vaughn; his children, Craig (Dorene Adams) of Scotland, SD, Charles (Kelli Butler) of Sioux Falls, SD and Cheryl (Jeff DeMent) of Athol, ID; and his grandchildren, Grant, Logan, Kathleen, Nora, Karlie, Sylas, Dean, Tony, Ross and Troy.
