She is survived by: her children, Breanna Johnson (Jason), Macie Johanneson (Tyler), Destry Hough and Mia Monclova; her stepparents, Vicki Monclova and Ryan Kocourek; her siblings, Andrea Sisk (Vance), Daniel Monclova (Yesenia), Jacob Monclova and Anthony Monclova (Olivia); and her granddaughter Avah Johnson. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
