In the vast expanse of eternity, Evelyn shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Evelyn farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ethel Tholke and Grover Tholke; her husband Glenn Edward Bowen; her son William Henry Bowen (Billy); and her sister Marjorie Hardy.
She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Donna Bowen of Wall; her grandchildren, Matt Bowen (Andrea) of Scenic and Tessa Ann Albrecht (Kirk) of Wellington, Colorado; and her great grandchildren, Seth, Addy Bowen, Nora and Mia Albrecht. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
The military honors was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Scenic Cemetery. A funeral service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
