He was predeceased by: his parents, Orvie Thorson and Bertha Thorson of Scenic; his brother Melvin; and his son Troy. He is survived by: his wife Joan Thorson of Keystone; his daughter Michelle (Przemek) of Seattle; and his grandson Oskar.
